Clearly I missed the report of a wild cat escaping from the zoo!
Just out for an early evening walk in the back bay of Newport to try out my new camera
I had no idea of what I was in for!
Perhaps the ominous sky should have been a warning!
He was so fast, I could hardly get a clear picture!
He blocked the path to cut off my escape!
He leapt at me with puma-lke speed!
There was a brief struggle!
Despite my fatigue from my work out paddle, I was able to fend him off
He walked off licking his wounds!
